Solai Roses farm information
Solai Roses is located in Solai town 30 km north from the capital county of Nakuru. The farm lies between latitude 0° 6' 6" S and longitude of 36° 8' 7"E. The Solai Roses now stands at 27 hectares.
This farm has 4,000 acres of land which includes 250 acres of Tea, 175 acres of Coffee, 500 acres of Macadamia. 600 acres is allocated for our Dairy operations also.
The company attained internationally recognised standards for human resources, environmental health, safety and quality management systems. The company contributes a generous amount of revenue in taxes whilst earning foreign exchange and creating employment helping to increase GDP of Kenya.
Our cold store spans 2,200 mt sq area. We posses a good micro climate required for growing roses.
We have planted a million indigenous and exotic trees in the farm and have built huge water catchment areas also.

History
Solai Roses history
Solai Roses started in 2016 with 10 hectares of greenhouses. In 2023 the cut roses greenhouses expanded up to 17,5 hectares.
In 2024 we expect our crops to be matured for a lot of beautiful Super Premium cut roses with the newest assortment to offer.
Our roses are produced purely under IPM (Integrated Pest Management) control. This reducing reliance on damaging pesticides.
